Another decent day.

Today I had a healthy breakfast of orange juice, 3 mini pancakes, and Greek yogurt. Then, instead of sitting/laying on the couch and putting cartoons on and some toys out, I went for a 20 minute stroller walk. That is the first time in a very long time that I have done anything remotely active in the a.m.. I am usually very very sluggish in the morning. I guess all these veggies and water are doing something. I didn't sleep all that well last night either because I kept getting up to pee. Hopefully my body will adjust to the surplus of water intake and that won't happen much longer. Then I put in a few hours of gardening, went to lunch with my Aunt, had a fish sandwich and fries and side of applesauce, so it's going to be a big plate of mixed vegetables and a glass of milk for dinner. Then I put in a few more hours of yard work... I think I did pretty darn good today. Going to make dinner, shower, and go to bed... I may have trouble sleeping tonight due to the excitement of jumping on the scale in the morning!! emoticon
