I had a hard time staying within my calorie range yesterday, DH suddenly invited me for an evening out and i better not refuse such gestures because they don't come so often. He is an extremely busy man,when he called me yesterday to come over to the restaurant he was already there, i couldn't refuse him, i couldn't eat healthy because the restaurant didn't have much healthy meals so i ate what was available and topped it with some alcohol.

When i came home i was so bitter and i binged . . .so it seems my current streak has ended but i am not giving up ,i am starting all over emoticon


- staying within my calorie range 1673 emoticon

- no binge eating emoticon

- comply with living the good life points with my spark team emoticon

- Drink 10 glasses of water daily emoticon

- Aim for 10 pm bedtime emoticon

I hope when next we go out for such outings,i will stand up for myself and make good decisions.

    It is always good that you get a wonderful dinner with your husband, don't beat yourself up too much. I have found when it comes to those meals the secret is to try to eat only half of it and then ask for a doggy bag for the other half. That will usually get you very close to appropriate calories.

    Maybe you need to tell yourself that when something as important as a rare dinner out with your husband happens, you can take an evening off! Life is supposed to be for living, not a life sentence.

    It may be one step backward but LOOK how many miles forward you've come!! You can do this!
    Good for you for recognizing you might've overdone it calorie-wise - learn from it and be prepared next time.
