Recipe + Fight for Progress

Hi guys! I've been working full-time, for the first time in my life - so please excuse my inconsistent posting. Two new blog posts are up on my site, though!



The first post is about a quick flaxseed muffin recipe I found here! I tried it the other morning, and it's good. Tweaking it to make it a bit more moist, but I'll definitely be using it during the school year. :)

The second post relates to a few nights ago. I just had a terrible time, and I can't quite figure out what triggered it. I do know it's emotional, and also that since that night I've upped my calorie intake. Maybe it was too low to begin with. :(

I weighed in this morning, with an overall net loss of about .8 pounds. Not bad at all. I hope that I can break under 130 pounds within the next two weeks!

My friend also sent a text late last night to tell me he's reached is first weight loss goal. I'm so proud!

Stay motivated, my friends! It's hard, but it's worth it. I know it is!
