Made a Mistake

Yesterday, I realized that it was my last night to binge... so what did I do?
Ugh, I went overboard. I ate a bunch of food I loved and ate them until I felt sick. Not a great way to end off a week of really great health decisions.

Sunday starts my sugar-free lifestyle.

    Right there with ya girl....I realized that come July 1 I would be sugar free as well and I made a betty crocker moist deluxe white cake with dark chocolate fudge icing...3 pieces later and a 2500 + calorie day....I am feeling sick and bloated....but ya know what I am ready to be sugar free...just don't want any more....

    We can do this.....I am here for more sugar....let's make July great.....
