The Fast Diet: Week 6 Weigh in Results

BAck on the loosing streak, although I thought this was actually at risk of being a gain this week.

I actually had a day last week whilst I was at the gym that my fat belly was getting in the way ! I think it must have been on Monday, I was in boot camp class dong bear crawls (walking across the room on all fours) and I geniuely felt I could be much quicker if my belly was not in the way - which i decided was a side effect of the weekends beer and sausages.

On top of that I only had one low caloried day this week I just felt so hungry all the time, I sure this is related to drinking alcohol at the weekend and the effect it has on sugar level etc.

This weekend will be very different, 2 hours of bootcamp this morning a atrip to the spa, and tourity exploring tomorrow follow by a concert on sunday evening. IT should be a fun but healthy weekend !

I still have in my head that i want to be under 200lbs by the end of July maybe just maybe this is still possible !
