I had a good day today... I sleeped for five hours and forty five minutes last night. I had an appointment today that took five hours lol. A two hour drive there, an hour appointment, and another two hour drive home. When I returned home I sat around for a little bit, than Rob's ma came over with our laundry and hefty black bags to pack with. So I started packing again... now I have to bags full of clothes and a suitcase full of clothes. I even put some clothes away in dresser droors. I was finally able to put durty clothes in empty laundry baskets lol. Now all I need to do is clear off the bed tonight lol.

Today I ate pretty good a peanut butter sandwich for one meal and leftovers from last night for another meal. For dinner tonight I am waiting on Ribs, Mashed Potatoes, and Peas. They are all being cooked right now. I have drank eight glasses of water today. I had my walk in and I did some packing today.

By the way how do I record the packing part in my exercises? Is there a way of doing it or should I leave it out?

    That's a tough question. It is definitely moving and lifting. Spark has a Calories Burned List and you can look up a huge list of activities Perhaps you will find something there or you can post your question on the main message board under one of the sections there like Fitness and coaches and experts here will answer you .
    You did really well today at eating, though watch the saturated fats and carbs for ribs together with mashed potatoes. Especially if the ribs have BBQ sauce on them.
    I don't envy you all the packing up you have to do, but think of the calories you are burning up and the muscles you are building up as you do! emoticon

    you can probably include it in resistance exercise (lifting and such). I would look for one that is close to the amount of effort done.
