I need to get back on the wagon

I did so good the first 12 days and then I pigged out with family I haven't seen in 10 years. That started me cheating almost every day. I need to wake up with a better mind set tomorrow and get on track and get to work. emoticon

    Take it one small step at a time. Sometimes we go too strict and can't keep up that pace so it's easier to say forget it. Making small changes that we can keep will help in the long run and this is a long running journey!

    It happens to all of us. I happen to be in a slump myself right now thanks to the high humidity where I live. I keep telling myself it's too humid, but it's an excuse and I need to get back to it!

    Thanx Susanbeamon! I did get back on track and figured out it was because I was out of my Adderall. I take that and saffron every day and am able to fight off the cravings and mindless spastic snacking. I am doing much better now. emoticon

    don't be so hard on yourself. negative thoughts are not good for healthy living.
