Another bad day

The things I did right are:

Drank 8 glasses of water
Did cardio and strength training exercises
Ate properly at breakfast

Where I Went wrong
Ate not so great at lunch
Ate not so great at dinner
Tried silly samples at Costco which brought me to my bad day.

Plan of action:

Tomorrow is the start of the rest of my life. Don't look backwards just forward. Be happy that I am still sure that I am going to reach my goal with a bad day or no bad day.

    when i go to costco, i plan the bits and samples as part of my mealplan, not an in-addition to it.
