Went to Zumba today .. Was great instructor was great she don't let you slack... She will tell you get down stop cheating or make you do a song all over again.. Burpees were killer and so were squats.. Legs felt the burn that is for sure. Got on scale today 206.6 whoooo!!! down four pounds well 3. .6 away from 4 .. Feeling great. That is motivating but I really have been pushing myself. No excuses.
