Trying to get organised about food

Decided I'm going to get bored stiff with the limited range of foods I am allowed if I don't start being more imaginative in how I prepare them. So......

Made enough creamy SCD yoghurt to last the week
Cooked up a big batch of carrots and portioned them out for during the week
Sorted out some recipes to make tomorrow, then went shopping to buy the ingredients
Put the chicken carcass in the slow cooker to make some stock/soup

The number of plastic pots in my house is growing exponentially but as far as I can see that's the only way I'm going to cope with this diet.
