Yay a ride!

I was able to ride for the first time in 2 weeks today. It was short ride but better than I expected. Riding with bruised ribs is not fun but I did it. My coach tells me that I still cannot run so the ride will be the trick. It just sucks to go over bumps...and yea I will be sore tonight but it was pretty sweet.

So still on light workouts for now...but at least I am back to working out.

I still want to RUN... so doesnt look like I will be doing the giant run in SF or the santa rosa half. Maybe the 5k..we shall see.
