feeling better

I know its still early but im already feeling better, this morning I had 2 pieces of peanut butter toast and for lunch im having a spinach salad with a light balsamic dressing. im going to cleans my body of all the harsh toxins I put in my body yesterday and just move forward from it. im still a little disappointed with my food lust but Im moving past it:) thank you all for your support! emoticon

    Takes awhile to get new habits in place. Be kind to yourself and keep at it. I find mini goals work best for me, such as, "today I will eat within my cal range" or "I will do at least one SP workout video today."
