I've been very motivated lately and love it! Aside from a week or so of cravings I felt it was much easier to stick to my eating plan than before. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover a drop of six pounds this past week and it's stuck for a few days so I'm comfortable making it official. I'm excited to say that I'm at 200 a month or so ahead of schedule!! I'm officially around my half way point too, score!!

Here's how this month looked:

It shows that I consumed an average of ten calories more per day compared to last month but I think that's just because of the two blank spots on my tracker for meals in May. This month I tracked daily. 4/5 weeks (including the last few days of May that week) I stayed between 1400 and 1500 but on my 'craving' week I got up to 1800 average and it brought it all up.

I didn't bother posting my calories burned because I didn't track it there. My Fuelband has been fine for the last month or so, I've been using that and comparing me week to my usual routine and adding to it. July will be my first month of resistance training three times per week I'm hoping. I've been maintaining the amount I can lift for the most part but haven't been able to lift more on most machines so I'm hoping that by committing to three per week, I`ll get better results. I did resistance a total of only 7 or 8 times last month so hopefully cranking it to 12 minimum will do the trick. I discovered that I can lift much easier if I do weights before intense cardio so I aim to do all of it first, instead of after like I did most of the time for the past three months that I've been doing it regularly.

I think this is my best month so far, yay! I'm down 20 pounds in a month and didn't starve myself or otherwise do it in an "unhealthy" manor. I'm excited to see if I can keep it up next month. I'm also loving that I can lose a little less than 2 pounds per week and still be at my goal by December 27!

My fat calories are still a little high but 1% lower than last month so I'll consider it progress. My fiber climbed a bit, as did my protein. I'm experimenting with swapping my macro balance daily and it seems to be working even better than expected with both my schedule and results so I think I'll keep it up! Just have to work on lowering my unhealthy fats, even during my cheat meal.
