Well, I went on a mini vacation to my Mom's house. My oldest wanted to spend the summer with there. I drove there and spent a couple of days there. When I came back I stepped on the scale to find that I had gained 7 lbs. I quickly decided I had enough and was going to kick it into over drive. While I was gone my Garcinia Cambogia arrived. I started taking it on Wednesday. It really does a good job as an appetite suppressant. I didn't over eat like I normally do. I ate 3 small meals that day. Thursday morning I woke with a headache. I took some tylenol and the Garcinia cambogia. By lunch time my headache had gotten worse. After I feed my 2 month old, we took a nap. I was luck that my husband came home early from work cause my head felt like it was going to explode. I took some goodie powder (something my husband swears by for serious headaches) and went to sleep. After thinking about it I've determined that I didn't drink enough water the day before. If anyone decides to take the garcinia cambogia I highly recommend you drink more water than 8 - 8oz cups. Since Tuesday I've managed to lose the 7 lbs I gained but I still have 64 lbs to go before I hit my goal weight. Now I need to go drink some water!
