Update on the Missed blogs!

So this move is still changing my life everyday! I thought I would be on spark regularly again, but I didnt have internet for a while! I have been enjoying the move, I have a job which I love, my oldest girls have now joined me, just waiting for my partner
So I was blogging about the Jillian Micheals Work out, and it was fantastic, i did it for about two weeks, but I wanted to work my abs more! I now do a 30-40 minute routine every morning, including cardio, ab work, (different styles of sit ups and stretching) Arm Work with resistance bands, and push ups, squats! I am at 159 and am hoping to lose 9 more pounds!
I havent been running like I used too, but am hoping to get back into soon!
I am positing a before and after picture with this blog! When I started my journey I was over 200 pounds wearing size 15, now I am 159 wearing a size 9 ( I am 5 foot 10 BTW)
