Just Keep Swimming...

I'm tired. I think it's the heat. I don't like the heat. I am also NOT going to use the heat as an excuse to not exercise. Since I wake up early habitually, I plan on getting in a few mile walk tomorrow morning. Who knows I might even throw in a 10 minute video I've seen around here!

Even though this is my first week here, I feel like I've learned a lot about myself. I now know that I need variety to keep me engaged and interested. I also know that I'm still hungry late in the afternoon (no solution to that yet).
The main thing I've gleaned is to acknowledge the small things I'm doing each day, instead of stressing about all of the things I "should" be doing.

Now if, I had a pool I really would "...just keep swimming..."
