Ok - so I'm following Sparks food and excersize....and I'm not where I should be on my tracker timeline....I'm meeting my nutrition....I just started working out last week....should I change my goal? It's pretty disheartening to see that I should be ten lbs lighter by now :P.

My weight went back down, but went up again. Water retention? New workout intensity? Gotta hang in there.....

OH and vacation to San Diego next weekend....boy, that's gonna be hard.....what if I say no dessert? Portions, portions.....
