This week has been great! I've upped my water intake from two bottles to 3-4 bottles daily. Haven't had any cheese binges or chips. I've made it a point to eat fruit for my afternoon snack. I feel better - physically, emotionally, mentally. I've exercised every day.
I had a "bad" moment last night - we went out for pizza. BUT I overcame the guilt and did 60 minutes of cardio to help burn it away. It was a great meal and even better workout.
I'm holding back from stepping on the scale until Sunday. I plan to weigh myself and measure. I'm looking forward to the results. Have a great SP day!
