Starting and the first 6

So I started and am determined that this time it will be different. I am down 6 pounds so far so am pretty happy about that. I started going more vegetarian and have been reading the articles here. It says to try and cut meat eating down to twice a week, but so far have not been able to do that. Still like chicken. I have cut it down to just dinner though. Looking for protein alternatives has actually been interesting and I have had a lot of fun looking at various meatless recipes. My only real draw back is that tofu seems to be prominent in some of the ones I found. YUCK! Now I have been working on the socialization thing. Trying to find a scrap-booking group I could join. Have posted to Craigslist to see if there are any in the area so, to be continued. Hope everyone is working hard and making progress too. Blessings!!
