Ugh, I can't believe I let it get so out of control

I put on 30 lbs... I hate this but I am not going to beat myself up over it. Instead I am getting back to the program and am going to work it. I will lose these 30lbs in a healthy way and in doing so will develop diet habits I never should have let go after 4 years of great success.

It's okay. One step back, two steps forward. You've had success, so you know what to do. Now, it's time to do it, and you have a whole community of people who are willing to support you along the way.

Unfortunately, it seems like college has a way of doing that. You get so focused on getting your degree that you forget to focus on your health too. Good for you not beating yourself up over it. You can't change the past, all you can do is focus on the future and losing the weight the healthy way. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Envision how you going to look after losing those 30 pounds. Don't let what you see now put your mind in a bad space. Inhale then exhale and start making that change happen. emoticon emoticon emoticon
