Closer to plan, ha! - Spark Solution Summer Challenge Day 3

So, as we left our heroine last night, it was incredibly late and there had been no workout. Add in time to get dishes done, clothes laid out, e-mails answered and prep for today and bedtime actually ended up after 1. A poorly chosen snooze of the alarm and I was up late. Forgot my food at home and ended up meeting my son's dad again halfway to pick him up. emoticon It was a total off the wagon day. Breakfast Burrito for breakfast, catered lunch for my all day training, but I did have a light dinner.

We are now back home (its 8:45 pm) and at least I can say I have tomorrow's food all prepped! At 10:00 this little girl goes to bed no matter what! I am going to try and get up 1/2 hour earlier than I usually do so I can walk the dog to get in more NEAT/ Cardio minutes. Poor little girl has spent more time in her kennel the last few days than she has ever had to in a 24 hour period. She will love getting out. Still not giving up through, just picking back up again and starting fresh.
