Depression and Excuses

Wednesday, June 26, 2013

Spark people has some great resources for practicing 'no excuses' which I've been struggling to put into practice. Practicing 'no excuses' deliberately and thoughtfully has helped to changed my attitude to one that includes me having control over my actions. And that is a plus!
