Depression and Excuses

Spark people has some great resources for practicing 'no excuses' which I've been struggling to put into practice. One of the things I'v learned for me is that allowing 'excuses' to somehow dictate my actions is depressing for me. It's as if the excuse leads me to think that I have no control to reach my goals. Practicing 'no excuses' deliberately and thoughtfully has helped to changed my attitude to one that includes me having control over my actions. And that is a plus!
