Heat, RAIN, Heat

Wednesday, June 26, 2013

I didn't wake up until 7:15 today. I went ahead and walked my 4 miles and hung from my AbLounge to stretch my back out... they tell me this is not good for me, but I am going to do it anyway because it makes it hurt less. Anyway, when I came back in at 10:30, the news was reporting the temperature at 89 and with the heat index is was 101.

We cooled off with some rain... and now it's all steamy. It rained hard, but not for very long. I guess I don't have to water the plants though.

Still depressed... and addicted to Fiber One 90-calorie Lemon Bars. Like CRACK!!! They are awesome!

Peace and Love,

Glad you got some rain to water your plants. It is raining here. I went for a run out in it, it felt good.
