Dinner - Baked Fried Chicken
Snack - Popcorn/Rockstar Energy Drink/2 Girlscout cookies

Felt so proud of myself for getting in a workout even with classes tonight. Plus I stuck with my food plan and am still able to eat a snack tonight! The best thing is that the pounds are melting off! Even more motivation for me!

Cardio - Done (45 Minutes)
Situps, Crunches, Plank - Done
