240lbs Day 2

I am 240lbs, I have no idea how I let this happen. I am so uncomfortable and miserable. Enough is enough I am taking control of my body back, NOW. The plan I've started (as of 2 days ago)

60-80 carbs a day
25-35 grams of fat a day

100 ounces of water a day

I will be doing fitness on a random schedule for the first week, but then will be moving on to a more strict fitness plan.

Things that need to be worked into my plan:

Apple cider vinegar 3 times a day

Brushing teeth when I put my son to bed

Going to bed by 930pm
