No fair.

Wednesday, June 26, 2013

I'm running, I'm working my butt off (15 hour days), I'm watching my calories (I don't ALWAYS log my dinner, but it's always healthy and there's lots of lean protein and veggies and...)... And my weight is EXACTLY the same. To the ounce.
I know, I'm building muscle and all...but jeez.
So, I took a rest day yesterday (after 6 days of running in a row and a 15-hour workday (doing shipment, lifting boxes like weights, lol) on Monday, I thought it'd be for the best to make myself relax)...I'm focusing on my water and fruits/veg, keeping my calories in range and logging EVERYTHING that goes through my lips...and back to running tonight.
I know I've done this before--lost weight and stalled out--but darnit...!!

Also, there's no way I could make it to my 07/03 goal without completely ceasing to eat. So...there goes my bday gift to myself. *SIGH*

Just looking for some positivity today, I guess.

Man I totally understand how frustrating it is when you are feeling so fit and yet your body is not representing it the way you had hoped!!! Bah!!! But don't give up, this plateau will take off. I know you know that you are building muscle, but did you know that pound for pound muscle burns 5 calories more than eventually all those muscles you built will be working extra hard for you, and you will have a big downfall, which will seem unexplained........but it''s not, it's all the hard work you are doing right now that is exchanging the fat for muscle! Keep up the good work, your doing awesome!

Your birthday gift to yourself could be to continue doing what you know is right for your body. Sooner or later the scale will reflect all your dedication & hard work.

    Please don't give up!

    God bless!
