Getting back on track

After four days of refusing to track my calories, not exercising, and binge eating, I've decided to return to Sparkpeople. The weight loss process is one of the toughest things I have ever experienced. It is so easy to get derailed, lose motivation, and find solace in the peanut butter jar; however, I have decided to get back on track. Today, I hold myself accountable for my choices, and today, I will nourish myself physically and emotionally.
Recently, I started to do Blogilates with the wonderful Pilates instructor, Cassie Ho, and I've felt myself becoming stronger, but for the past few days, I've given it up. Hopefully, I will be able to lose some of the weight I've gained in these four terrible days of binge eating, and with that, also regain some confidence in myself.
