Just one of those days

Ugh. I derailed again. I was great, right up until dinner. It's that time of the month, and I absolutely didn't want to cook, so we went out to eat, and the only thing that looked even slightly appetizing was a burger. I will admit that I only ate half of it, and brought the other half back for the hubbie to have later (I don't eat leftover restaurant food very often). I also didn't need it. tomorrow is going to be a nice, simple sandwich and fruit, and dinner will be a salad. Definitely. I need to get back to good food.

I know I always feel better eating soy-free and fresh. I can't digest soy protein, so I have to be very careful to ensure that the foods that I do buy don't include soy flour or soy protein isolate. The funny part is that hubbie doesn't handle dairy well. We manage rather well. I cook from scratch as much as possible, which helps us both.

I watched my first two earned episodes of the game of thrones, and I'll probably be waiting a while before I can see the next one (after a cliffhanger!) I know getting up and moving will help me immensely in more than one way. I'm already seeing changes that help so much. I had gotten so bloated that my rings barely fit. I almost couldn't take them off first thing in the mornings. Now, they fit like they did a few months ago.

Well, bedtime so I can get up and get moving tomorrow to head off some of these cramps!
