Oh no, over the 200 again!!!

Well, the days just seem to fly by. Yesterday we went for nice long beach walk... and today Buddy and i did 2 laps around the dam and 1 around the oval.

But, the confession time is that dh and I ate the container of ice cream yesterday and I went over 200 on the scale when I checked today... What is it gonna take to get me back on track? WE also ate a huge pot of homemade healthy soup, so the stress wounded up taking control, but there were some good things. My bro and his 2 came for quick visit, well that was probably the biggest source of the stress, but nice to see them anyway.

    Hang in there. This is a journey sometimes we double back to the wrong spot but we know how to get back on the right trail. Forgive and move on. You can do it. emoticon

    it is just a slip just got back into the swing of things recently . Give yourself a break, forgive yourself, and start fresh at the next meal. You can do this!

    Old habits are the hardest to kill off and the quickest to step right back into our lives! We do not seem to be diligent to keep them away forever so we do have to learn that we will have the occassional slip...we have to also learn to forgive ourselves rather than beat ourselves up emoticon

    Concentrate on the good stuff and put the bad behind you. You are doing great with exercise and we all have bad days with our food. Just remember to never, ever give up!
