Well I am really tired........i am now having naps before my workout as my darling daughter is teething, which is causing less's making it hard to stick to my evening walk.......i have cancelled on my walk buddies and am feeling an overwhelming amount of guilt.....i really wanted to walk every night this week......

    It's not about being perfect 100% of the time. It's about taking care of yourself everyday. Just like MOABPINUP and JOHGLO2011 have stated, you can only do so much and life gets in the way sometimes. Instead of feeling guilty, are there ways to rack up some exercise throughout the day? Studies have shown that 3 10 minute intervals are just as good for the body as 30 minutes of continuous if you don't have time for that walk in the evening, are there things you can do throughout the day? Regardless, take care of yourself and be nice to yourself. Everyday is a new day to be healthy! emoticon

    You can only do so much, especially with a teething baby. Naps will help but no matter what, even if just for your sanity, you need to try to talk a walk in the evening. You can do this. And I know you will be just fine! Just pick up and start again tomorrow!
