To Stress or Not to Stress, That is the Question

Today I got SUPER stressed out so I tried a stress reduction technique that I have been learning...I got on the elliptical and began to sweat it out! The problem did not go away, but I felt so much better than I did before. I am so glad that I am learning how to focus the stress in a much better way. I used to go to the kitchen every time I felt bad. My husband even said, I know you are stressing do you want something from the kitchen? I told him I am not going to eat when I am emotional, because that gives food power over me. I am so glad I made the decision I did!

    food can at least temporary destress or relax us, but there are often other ways od doing that. i enjoy a good workout to deal with the stess. it does not fix the issue but i feel better when done.
