So I am determined to make a lifestyle change that will benefit me in long term goals and not just the now. I am excited to be trying this challenge and scared at the same time. I have tried so many diets in the past but just like everyone already knows, the weight always returns plus some extra lbs! It is so frustrating and for my own health I need to step up and take control of my choices. This is a huge challenge for me and I know that I will need to make the time to excercise because that is one thing I make a lot of excuses to not do.
Please wish me luck and pray that I can do this!
I really need to do this for my husband as well. The better the food is, the healthier it will be for both of ius.
