How do You Stay In The Groove?

At the beginning of spring,we can't seem to get enough exercise. We're running, biking, clogging up the machines at the gym...little maniacs rushing around and trying to de-flab the areas that become exposed this time of year.

Then? It gets hot outside and school lets out and we start thinking - Man, I really should exercise but it seems like so much work now that sitting on the deck and drinking cocktails is an available option.

So, how do you stay in the exercise groove and still enjoy your summer?

    Just keep moving, either inside or outside and change the hour of the day you exercise....patience for sure. I walk mostly, and jump rope sometimes. emoticon emoticon

    Instead of going to the gym, i've been working in my garden...lugging those bags of mulch for Lowes to the garden is a workout!...Don't forget about swimming... emoticon emoticon
