Seems like I am one of the experts and new beginnings. I restarted a few weeks ago. I am still trying to figure out how all this will work for me.
It really helps when I actually log the foods I eat and look at the suggested goals for calories/carbs/fats and protein. Getting things in the right proportion seems hard for me. When I look at the reports it seems that I am getting better but need to work on some things, Sodium is one. I also discovered that I had really been getting very little potassium and magnesium. Since they are related to the sodium I eat I need to work harder on getting more.
I also did a good thing for myself. I found a gym near buy that has a pool. They have water classes, and I can swim. I am getting more exercise and that is always a plus.
Now the real challenge will be to keep things going. Hopefully I can fine a way to be accountable to someone for following through with the good changes
