    I try to test my speed every month or two. But it is hard to have an accurate test for my walking speed with a toddler in tow and no sidewalks. I was looking for this article recently to book mark it to see where I fall. I might need to drive into town about 15 minutes away to do a more accurate test solo. Thanks for sharing the article.

    I did my fitness tests today as well, Woohoo! I hadn't been keeping up with these (step test, pushups & situps) either, but remember having them done in previous fitness assessments. Yay Sparkpeople for having awesome resources! Thanks for sharing this!

    I looked at the guidelines in terms of how fast I can walk a mile but that was as far as I got. Good to know I am in the excellent range emoticon
