First Day towards a NEW me!!!

I have never been a very active person, not even growing up. Sports and all that just wasn't me. My motivation to push myself also sucks and I really wish it didn't at times! I have completely let myself go over the years due to my lack of ambition and laziness. Needless to say that really doesn't help me due to the lifestyle I currently live at the moment.

My husband has a job traveling on the road in which I follow. So for at least 16 days out of the month I spend my time in different locations living in hotels. I do not have a job therefore, there is no excuse as to why I cannot work out and be fit when everywhere I go I have access to at least a treadmill to help me out! I do not quite know what motivates me to want to work out yet, but everything that I have tried seems to not work! I am pretty much at my last option and cry for help! I'm hoping that this site and people on here can help me push myself to get the results I have been wanting for years and can't seem to accomplish on my own. I am currently 203lbs at the age of 25. I do not have any kids, I do not have a job, and I have all day to push myself to get the weight down! I will be updating my progress every week and I'm hoping I have people by my side pushing me to get where I want to be....

    I'm rooting for you girl, your story is pretty much the same starting story as everyone on this site. It all comes down to enough being enough, and wanting to change bad enough that it hurts. Getting to that point is the first step, the next step is saying "right, I'm not doing anything right now, I'mma put on my workout clothes and give 30 minutes of my day to the treadmill - be it walking, speed walking, or jogging." Do it, and trust me, you'll love it, and be so proud of yourself. Then just keep on doing it, and doing more, and more, and before you know it the pounds will pour off. I know you can do this, I'm your biggest fan right now! :-D
