Week 2..........

Well I got up at my usual time of 6.00am and went to work. Did my 8 hour shift and went to the gym.

The gym felt like hard work today and I felt like my energy was being zapped right out of me. I felt so much better when it was over and have come home and crashed on the sofa emoticon

Now I've had a good couple of hours rest its time to take Bella out on our evening stroll emoticon
