Staying in my calories - day 2

I did stay in my calories yesterday, and I am doing well today. I had an apple and peanut butter for my snack and I am not hungry. I have noticed that a lot of times I want to eat, but I know I am not hungry. It is either out of habit or out of boredom. But I am going to keep my streak going and not go over my calories all week!
