I awoke this morning early, before my alarm clock went off. I decided since I was up to stay awake and not to go back to sleep, pressing the snooze button a million times before forcing myself up and out of bed. I wanted to go back to sleep though, even if it was for just 20 minutes...

I got to work and started feeling queezy. I dunno why. I hadn't drank any water at that point nor ate anything. I decided to down a protein bar and drink some water to help subside the queezy feeling. Maybe 30 minutes later, I wanted soup... I made instant miso soup from the packs that I have. Then about an hour later my hunger was back... I drank another bottle of water to see if I was just thirsty or really hungry.

About 10 minutes after the water, I decided I was really hungry and make a 'Smart One' meal... It's been 30 minutes now, and I am hungry again... I tallied my calorie counts to see roughly where I am at and I just went over my breakfast count by 5 points... I think I'm gonna go home eat a nutella and fluff sandwich with a glass of pulp free oj...

I figure with some rest, this queezy feeling will go away.

hope you are feeling better! I am on sparkpeople eating my breakfast which is more like dinner- amy's pizza pocket with spinach- and then going back to sleep- I fell asleep watching hockey and woke up to see my team lose!!! I do that stupid snooze thing every day until I am going to be late and have to hurry. Mainly because my internal alarm thinks about 5am is the time to get up when I was up before at 2 am. Actually I am probably sleep eating and sparking now! lol!
I hope you have a healthy week... emoticon

Fluffernutters are one of my fav sandwiches !!! But I haven't had one in 3 years now. I have a weakness for marshmallow and cotton candy. I try to limit my intake of both cause I could eat an entire bag of marshmallows in the past. I use cotton candy body spray to continue to enjoy the smell ... LOL !!!!
