Well, the good and bad news is that the birds woke me up at some crazy hour before dawn - Paul had the bright idea of leaving the windows open last night! - and then even after we shut the bedroom windows I couldn't get back to sleep because my back went out in the middle of the night and I just couldn't get comfortable. So that was all a bummer, but the good of it is that it got me out of bed and into my running gear! Because I knew lying down wasn't going to help.

My energy level is just so low, driving me nuts...I'm really hoping that once I get through this next week or two, and am done with crunch time at work, it'll get better. I somehow managed 11 minutes of running today, but it took everything I had and I'm just exhausted now. :-p

Anyhow, another busy day ahead, better get to it! Happy Monday!
