A walk but had some company

I went out tonight with hubby and the doggies for a walk. We didn't go as long or as far as I wanted so I dropped by the house and then snuck out with Mia (the younger doggie) and we walked another 8-10 minutes. She wasn't really ready to be done walking either so we both benefitted from the extra time.

I was super tired today I guess because I slept until nearly 5pm. Our daughter was at work and older son went out of town for an ultimate frisbee tournament in Tulsa, OK so I made pancakes, eggs and bacon for supper tonight. It definitely wasn't the healthiest meal I could have cooked but it was still yummy. The bad thing about pancakes is the fact that they don't keep you full for very long. I had an 8-oz glass of orange juice to add some "fruit" to my meal since I'm currently out of fresh fruit in the fridge.

    if you add some buckwheat to the pancakes, they will keep you fuller longer.
