Summer Challenge Goal: Breaking the barrier.

Sunday, June 23, 2013

Everyone has a goal, if they tell you otherwise they are lying. It might be something as mundane as making it to the next day or as great as becoming President.

My goals for myself often feel stupid or simple due to my high lack of self esteem but this summer , I am embracing change.

My ultimate goal for the summer is to break the evil 200 mark.
I've done good thus far loosing 35 pounds off of my body but I feel there could be more I could accomplish if only I'd focus.

Today , at HEB , I saw a magazine listing Kirstie Allen at a deadly 200. To some of us 200 is a goal not a horrible disease.

There will always be marching but hopefully this journey will be a fruitful one with the help I can receive here.

I'm working on my food.
I'm working on my work.
I'm working on my weight.
I am working on my life.

At least I'm not laying down and taking it.

You can do this because you have decided to and because you have some specific steps along the way.

It's a good goal. My goal is to reach an obese BMI, instead of a morbidly obese. I have 35 pounds to lose to reach that mini goal. breaking it up into doable portions helps. .
