Any food ideas?

I'm looking to see what kinds of good foods spark members consume......

There are a couple of foods that I cannot stomach:

Yogurt (I've tried every kind and I just can't stomach it)
Oatmeal (I think it's a texture thing for me)

I'm looking to add new food items so that the foods I'm consuming aren't so repetitive.....so, any suggestions are welcome!

    I eat a lot of fruit, nuts, and veggies.

    I'm a big believer in eating as much unprocessed food as possible -- fruits, vegetables, nuts, meats, etc. They are filling and good for you.

    Not a fan of smoothies, as yogurt is an ingredient.....

    I have used many recipes from the cook book......they've all been good.....I'm just wondering what other spark members consume......not just breakfast items......

    Since you talk about oatmeal i am thinking you are talking about breakfast food
    do you like making fruit smoothies
    I found these in the breakfast section of the Spark cook book

    meg g=has provided some great Chicken dishes
    she has a great banana bread recipe which can also be made into muffins.
