If you say you can’t, you won’t. If you say you can, you will. It’s really that simple.
The secret is to stop looking at limitations as roadblocks. Instead, see all the opportunities life offers. Embrace them with the belief that you deserve them just as much as anybody. The truth is, you do.
Never be afraid to jump into new experiences. The potential rewards they offer you is unlimited; you just need to be willing to let them into your life.
Remember that a closed door is merely a door that hasn’t been opened – break down the barriers and don’t be afraid to barge right through with confidence. You can do it!

It's perfectly acceptable to rely on the support of friends and family to see you through the tough times -- after all, they love doing it. But at a certain time you have to get back to normal life, and start dealing with your emotions on your own. You can do this -- you have done it before, and you will have to do it again, probably. Move away from the caring-but-limiting arms of loved ones. Go off on your own and remind yourself that being independent is the healthiest way to be right now.
