Too Complacent

If you look at my goal of exercising at least 10 minutes a day, you will see a pattern. I walked today but it had been 3 days. That's the longest I've gone between exercising. Don't worry - I'm not obsesive about it - its ony 10-20 min of walking - but rather the opposite. I figured out something about myself today. I lost 4 lbs - which is GREAT! but since my clothes feel a little bit bigger, I slacked off. I want to lose at least another 15 lbs so I have to keep going. Now I see, probably for the first time, what happens in my mind once I start to make progress.
