SP Weigh in Day: SP week 6

I gained 4 ounces from Tuesday, and gained 1 ounce from last Saturday. I manually checked my calorie maximum daily intake and it has been reduced to 1272 from 1305, so perhaps since I kept eating according to 1305 I gained a bit, and I'm still bloated. So starting today I'm going with 1272 as my max calories for the day. I'll see how I am on Tuesday and next Saturday.

I finally made some English muffins. They taste so good. If only I had the molds for it, it would be thicker. They kind of came out a bit broader and flatter than normal but I still was able to cut them in half. So tasty. Will be having it tomorrow morning. My cheesecake is finished. It was so tasty too. I also made potato salad during the week. Oh it was so good. I haven't had real potato salad how my grandma used to make it in forever! I found a very similar recipe so I tried it out and wow it was really close to hers. The last potato salad recipe I tried turned out horrible. Well it turned out the way the recipe picture was but I hated it since it was so different to me. Glad I tried and found a new/better one now. And it tastes even better with homemade mayo. Speaking of homemade mayo, I should really have some sweet potato fries with garlic mayo tomorrow.

I haven't started any exercise yet still. I should..... I don't know what I'm waiting for. Maybe I'll start in July. Til Tuesday.
