Here I am with a few more rambling thoughts at the end of another week. This has been a good week, recording another slight loss in weight, but still a loss. emoticon emoticon My wife and I have been able to walk together a couple times this week - a lot more interesting than walking by myself on the treadmill. A few days this week I have been able to get my full 8 cups of water into me as well as at least three days of walking. I will not be as interested in taking much more weight off, but rather maintaining a sensible weight. My ultimate goal is to be at 160 pounds - these last few pounds will be a little harder to lose but they will be lost.
Next weekend we will be attending a conference sponsored by our church which means I may not be able to write anything for a few weeks. We will be going on holidays shortly after that conference. I will have to be disciplined during that time since I have a weakness for sweets & chocolate and my friends and family all know that. But God is good and he will give me the will-power to limit my intake.
