I have joined a number of challenges - and have truly wanted to complete, but somehow I either forget about them or just seem to lose interest. Have been thinking about a better way to actually complete. So have decided to just write each one out and put on my blog page.

This week is mostly over, but have been taking my vitamins and calcium every day. And actually have taken them instead of just carrying them around in my pocket all day. My son told me they do not work by osmosis. And I had thought they just might.

Now for my challenge for next week. I really have a hard time drinking enough water. I am a coffee drinker, but have really cut back - 3 cups the most each day. However, have not increased my water intake. So that is my challenge for next week, June 23 - 29. And will just chart here each day, after i have finished. I do put on the nutrition page, but i think I need something more visible.

I know I can do this - have before - just need to decide that is what I am gong to do!!

    That sounds like a good plan I know I need to drink more water each day too I don't think I've been the usual 8 cups per day. I'll have to keep track too !! emoticon
