Two weeks of working with trainer update!

I have had a busy week with the VBS program at church and then working out with my trainer 3 times this week. I also have been working on my on line schoolwork, so much for taking leave from work for the week! I think I have worked harder than if I had been at work!
VBS went well and I thank those of you that had been praying for me during this time. The kids were great and apart from some grazes and scrapes - no major injuries! Yesterday when we were at the pool, I saw a friend that I had not seen for a long time and she noticed that I had lost weight!
Asked me what I had been doing! Was great to get that encouragement.
My husband took my monthly photos yesterday which I already posted. Thanks to all who added their encouragement to that blog :)
I know that my trainer does not really want me to weigh but rely more on my strength and fat analysis, but I cannot help it! I must admit though that the scales have slowed down but my fat analysis is showing improvement!
This week, I had a cardio day, arms and back day and then a legs day! Oh yeah I can still feel my leg workout. By the way I also have arm muscles already!
Have bought some weights to use when I am away working :)
Go back to work tonight for three nights~
