Big wakeup call!

So, I finally decided to take a long-term look at what the wii says about my weight. As soon as I started seriously studying for E&M last summer, I started gaining weight. Over the past year, I've gained about 20 pounds. It's also been a pretty constant weight gain. I have to get back to seriously tracking and working out. I wish I had been serious about this back when the BLC was accepting people. So, back to the basics.

In the past month and a half, I started a new job. This is an office job. I don't have to walk to the office anymore (I was walking a quarter mile each way) and I feel the need to munch as I'm regularly bored. The ladies I work with are very busy and don't usually have time to show me what to do. So, now I sit for 8 hours a day. My life has slowed down drastically.

    Definitely! I know what to do, I just have to get there. Today included grocery shopping and food prep as well as starting to work out.
